By using PayPal we can provision your server in 2-3 days after your details are confirmed (usually same day). You do not need a PayPal account to pay using a credit card (Visa, MC or Amex) through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can use your credit card or bank account. Cloud Server Uptime SLA
Net Locations offers a 100% network uptime guarantee a 99.95% server uptime guarantee. This SLA does not apply to outages caused by situations that are out of our control such as isolated ISP or transit outages or outages caused by scripting errors within your applications or scheduled maintenance windows. This SLA covers unscheduled maintenance windows within our networks and data center. Net Locations will credit 50% of your fee if we are responsible for an outage resulting in an average uptime of less than 99.9% for any calender month and a credit of 100% of your fee if we are responsible for an outage resulting in an uptime less then 99% for a calender month.
Email Policy
There is no limit on Email volume sent from your dedicated cPanel Cloud Server. However, you or your users are responsible for only performing legitimate, double opt-in, CAN SPAM compliant mailings. You must archive and make available all double opt-in confirmations. Additionally, you and your users are responsible for any Spam complaints generated (even from legitimate mailings). You must deal directly with any authority that suspends your services due to spam complaints.
IRC or IRC Bots
IRC or IRC bots are nor permitted under any circumstances. Running of these can result in immediate suspension of your account.
Data Backup Policy
Net Locations offers NetApp Cloud Storage and R1Soft User Accessible backups free of charge for the amount of storage that comes with your server plan. This R1 Soft service is designed for customers access for day to day file and data base backup/recovery as well as an offsite disaster recovery solution. NetApp Cloud Storage is strictly for the self-healing technology offered for disaster recovery and are not user accessible. Net Locations cannot guarantee the integrity of the R1 Soft backups on the servers.
Net Locations highly recommends to maintain your own offsite backups of any and all data. Net Locations is not responsible for any data loss or potential revenue or financial losses accrued from loss of data. We do not guarantee that data can be recovered if lost. We do offer SLA backed backup services for those that might find these necessary due to time or staff restraints.
Cancellation and Payment Policy
The time and effort required to set up a cPanel Cloud Server does not make them eligible for a refund. Any refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may or may not result in a refund or cancellation fee not to exceed $100 USD. You lease your cPanel Cloud Server on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel at anytime by emailing or calling us.
Payments must be deposited and confirmed within 24 hours of your dedicated cloud server services start date or your services will be suspended. Your start date is defined as the date we send you via email your set up and welcome email. The time stamp on the email we sent will be the defined date and not when you receive it.
