In addition with most reseller plans you are either supporting your customers yourself or must pay for support; not only is this expensive, but it can be a huge demand on your time and therefore your core business suffers. We assume that your interest in providing hosting services is for the benefit of your customer and to add a little income to your monthly bottom line.
• Control Your Costs
  The Net Locations Reseller/Developer Plans requires only a one-time annual association fee of $95 USD (includes 15 free Load Balanced Hosting Accounts) to get you on your way. Or, without the 15 free Ibiz Panel Accounts (these are meant for static websites with only lower levels of dynamic processes such as MySQL), the annual association fee is just $45. From there you can add hosting services as you need them at the prices posted on this page and in your members area. To offer the hosting services available on our site would easily cost you in excess of $350 (with most Reseller/Developer Plans) monthly plus the cost of support and management (both are expensive in terms of time and money). Now you can offer your customers high quality true business grade hosting services without having to outlay hundreds of dollars each month. From the very first hosting plan you sell, you'll be in or close to a profit position. Isn't that the way to create superb services for your customers and a nice addition to your own bottom line.
• Maximum Discounts from Your First Order
  Unlike the majority of Reseller/Developer Plans where you must build volume to reach discount levels of 25% or greater, with the Net Locations Reseller/Developer Plan you start with 25-30% discounts right from the very first account you purchase. Discounts on our load balanced hosting accounts are in excess of 60% from the 16th plan you purchase; but don't forget the first 15 are totally free.

  Our Reseller/Developer Plans have been specifically designed for Web Designers, Web Developers or those employed in very similar services. Your customers will never know they are dealing with Net Locations since all our support services are white label and totally invisible.   The Net Locations Reseller/Developer Program is available to - Web Designers, Web Developers and related Industries and Services. Example - Script Portals, Server Software and Hardware, IT Support Sites and the like.
• Overselling Not Permitted
  One of the reasons we limit our Reseller/Developer Program to the above mentioned industry sectors is because these individuals understand the issues that can (and often are) caused by overselling of space and bandwidth by hosting providers on the Internet. It is not a casual practice but has turned into a 'black plague' on today's Internet.
  Our hosting plans offer more than adequate amounts of space and bandwidth and our policy of 60-70% capacity allows for CPU performance when needed. The latter is the critical matter when it comes to Website performance; most of our plans offer high availability with failover and on-demand bursting capabilities. Our services are directly targeted at those sites that need true business class hosting services and we have no interest in joining the 'overselling crowd' out there.
• Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and SLA
  Our Reseller/Developer Program uses the same TOS, AUP and SLA that are listed on the various plan pages throughout this Website. When you sign up for the program you are deemed to have read, understood and agree with these terms and policies.
• Reseller/Developer Pricing & Ordering
  Hosting Plans available to our Resellers are discounted from approximately 30-60% below the prices posted on this site. There is a private Resellers area through which you can order products and services once you sign up. Please view the various Hosting Plans from the HA Hosting Plans Menu for features of all available plans. Hosted services and dedicated servers are not yet available to resellers, but will be in the near future.

• We will provide you with a payment link to pay your Annual $95 Association Fee. You can pay by credit card and in some locations by PayPal.
• You will be granted access to our Private Resellers/Developers Area where you can order hosting plans and other services at discounted prices.

You can easily sell these to your customers at $ 3.95 monthly for a clear profit of $711 annually. You can purchase additional accounts at just $1.50 each monthly. Not included with annual fee of $45.
• One free CPanel High Availability Hosting Account for your own use.
• 30% discount off listed prices for our CPanel High Availability Accounts w/Failover.
• 15% discount off our listed VHS High Availability Multi-Platform Plans with Failover. These are suitable for dynamic database driven Websites that require CPU power on demand.
• 25% discount off our listed HSphere Clustered Hosting Plans. 10% discount for Microsoft Exchange Hosting
• 10% discount on HShpere Dedicated Servers.
• Discounts on SSL Certificates, IP Addresses and other add-ons vary from 10% and up and are listed in your Members Area.
• Fully Managed and Supported
  Our Reseller/Developer Program is fully supported and managed. Your only requirement is to submit requests for hosting plans as you need them, place orders for add-ons and other services. We look after pretty much everything else.
1. Upon request we set up new hosting accounts, install SSL Certificates and other add-ons that may require set up and are included services. We provide you with all necessary details (access codes, etc). You can then pass this information on to your customer.
2. A 24 x 7 x 365 support desk (toll free phone also included with VHS Accounts) is available to your customers (or you) and is white label. Your customers will never know that they are contacting us and we will never contact your customer.
• No Contracts
  You can opt-out of any hosting account upon 30 days notice either via email or snail mail. Please see our Service Level Agreement for specific details and SLA's which may apply to other services and plans as listed on Net Locations.
  You are solely responsible for providing your own Money Back Guarantees to your customer and also to make your customer(s) aware of Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy as listed on this site. You can accomplish this by simply copying these from this site and branding them with your own identity.
  Your Annual Association Fee is not refundable as it represents the cost of setting up and maintaining your account and as such is not a hosting service.
