All plans include direct support to your customers through a white label help desk where you can direct your clients for technical support. Your company name and logo will be visible to your customers at all times within your cPanel WHM Admin Area and your customers will have direct private access to their accounts through cPanel. We also include custom name servers in your domain name (such as ns1.yourdomainname.com and ns2.yourdomainname.com) which you can use for all your customers name server needs.
Our cPanel reseller servers are bundled with over one hundred scripts and other add-ons that your customers can easily install from their admin area. Our cPanel/WHM applications include: Fantastico, Softaculous, WHMXtra, RVSkin, RVSiteBuilder PRO, and R1Soft's continuous data protection backups. There's no extra charge for the R1Soft Application (just $0.50 per GB monthly for server space) and we'll handle any re-installs at your request.

| We do not allow overselling | Overselling is a common practice in today's hosting industry. We don't need to go into a long explaination of what overselling is, as we believe most anyone reading this understands the concept. Having said this overselling is something that we put a maximize effort into controlling by properly managing our servers. However, since just about every upstream provider practices overselling - think about Telcos and unlimited mobile access, telephone access, Internet access and the like - just about every hosting provider out there is involved in overselling to some degree. Overselling is a marketing ploy (some refer to it as a concept) and on its own is harmless, provided the systems behind the services are well managed. We manage our systems 24/7 in a proactive manner and this is one reason we have maintained excellent uptimes for many years. Unlimited bandwidth (really meaning unlimited data transfer) is another very popular marketing ploy that most hosting providers also offer en masse. Of course it's just a myth and nothing more. There is no server on this planet that can deliver unlimited bandwidth since there is no pipe large enough to meet such a demand; or can any server provide unlimited storage or unlimited resources of any kind without limitations. Unlimited bandwidth is just a gimmick used to comfort those new to hosting - after all doesn't the thought of never having to pay for bandwidth overage produce a nice cozy feeling? - Gee I've just received the best deal on the planet. Once again 'unlimited hosting', as is the concept of overselling, isn't a bad thing on its own. However, there isn't a hosting provider out there who will sell you unlimited bandwidth or any other service in unlimited amounts without a proviso in their TOS and AUP policies. This usually looks something like this: [Company Name] provides unlimited bandwidth. Bandwidth is calculated on a recurring 30 day cycle. Sites that use over 2 GB per day or 60 GB in 30 days will automatically be disabled. Additional bandwidth is billable. Bandwidth cannot be combined with multiple packages. We reserve the right to not host any website that consumes over 60 GB per month.So much for unlimited resources. A similar disclaimer (proviso or condition) to the one listed above will be found in 99% of hosting providers offering unlimited bandwidth or server storage. What it really says is that - "Excuse us for the tricky marketing gimmick but we kind of lied; sorry about that but you really can't have unmlimited resources because, well they just don't exist." Net Locations takes a different approach by offering bandwidth pooling. This is real and viable solution to assist site owners located on our servers to deal with data transfer overage. | Bandwidth (Data Transfer) Pooling | Obviously we can't provide you with unlimited bandwidth because it's nothing more than a fairy tale as noted above. We can and do provide bandwidth pooling to offer a buffer against data transfer overage fees for customers under our shared reseller hosting plans. So what is bandwidth pooling? It's a realy a simple concept. Consider this example:
Let's assume a customer has a plan that includes 50GB monthly of data transfer.We can't always accommodate customers with bandwidth pooling if their sites have simply outgrown shared hosting but we will always work with you and to assist such issues when they arise. |

Store and Archive CDP Virtual Full Server Backup replicas onto any disk based storage including second hard drives and Network Storage (NAS). Net Locations provides the R1Soft CDP free of charge but you must purchase storage space separately. Cost for storage is $0.50 per GB monthly.
