Net Locations offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for all core services. Outages outside of our network that are out of our control are not covered by this SLA. This SLA covers unscheduled maintenance windows within our networks and data center only. Net Locations will credit 50% of your fee if an outage(s) results in an uptime of less then 99.9% for a calender month. We will credit 100% of your fee if we are responsible for an outage resulting in an uptime less then 99% for a calender month. Control panels are NOT covered by this SLA as they are isolated from our core services and do NOT affect the performance of core services.
